Barstool number 121 is unique. 
It is made from baltic birch plywood, birch, beech, bankarai, akume plywood, teak and marine plywood, African blackwood, oak, spruce and pine. 
There is driftwood in the stool. We found the marine plywood in a container on a building site. The teak used to be a doorstep and a door. The birch wood used to be hotel furniture, and the bankarai an old table. 
It was all thrown away, and we saved it!
 
Finished with a non toxic, ecological, water based combination of varnish, oil and wax, made from thistle. 
Delivered flat packed.
